Logistics Wa Pty Ltd was established in 2018 by a group of WA freight veterans who saw a gap in the market: small and mid-sized Western Australian businesses were underserved by large national carriers that treated the state as an afterthought.
Starting with a modest fleet of three vehicles and a leased depot in Rivervale, we focused on doing one thing exceptionally well — delivering freight on time with honest communication. That reputation grew quickly. Within two years, we expanded to regional WA routes, added warehousing capabilities, and built dedicated accounts teams for the mining and resources sector.
Today, Logistics Wa Pty Ltd (ABN 81 696 786 991 | ACN 696 786 991) operates a fleet of over 50 vehicles, manages thousands of square metres of warehousing, and serves more than 500 active clients across every corner of Western Australia. We're still independently owned, still based in WA, and still driven by the same values that got us started.

We are progressively transitioning to Euro VI and electric vehicles, reducing packaging waste in our fulfilment operations, and targeting carbon neutrality in our depot operations by 2028.

Our senior team brings together decades of combined WA freight and logistics experience.
James founded Logistics WA in 2018 after 15 years in WA freight management. He holds a Bachelor of Supply Chain Management from Curtin University and chairs the WA Logistics Industry Forum.
Karen oversees day-to-day fleet and warehouse operations. Her background in process engineering and 12 years in transport logistics make her the backbone of our service delivery.
Daniel leads our business development and client accounts function. He specialises in designing bespoke logistics solutions for WA mining, agriculture, and retail clients.
